Hailie Dowling, Director of Operations
Hailie joined Complete Care Chiropractic after experiencing her own transformative journey as a patient. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a maid, a physically demanding role that required carrying heavy equipment daily, which became increasingly challenging while managing POTS and led to ongoing fatigue and burnout.
Having never been exposed to chiropractic care before, she began care in the office and was amazed by the positive changes she experienced, including improved energy and a significant reduction in daily symptoms. This shift allowed her to fully engage in life again and sparked a passion for helping others on their own health journeys. Today, Hailie plays an integral role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for patients while helping the office run smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, baking, spending time with her husband Jake, and caring for her three cats—Opal, Chip, and Rolo—and her dog, Memphis.
